  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • Salt and pepper to suit one’s preference.
  • Oregano and Basil for garnishment.
  • Chilies for extra spice with the crust (optional).

Instructions:

  • Thus, one would need to preheat the oven at conventional temperature of about 475 degree Fahrenheit (245 degree Celsius).
  • First you start by stretching the pizza base on a clean surface garnished with a little flour to exercise the
base. Next, spread the rolled out dough in a well-greased baking tray, or on baking stone for ceramic
    baking.
  • Lastly top the pizza with a sauce of your choice which should be spread on the dough within the region
sandwiched between the edge of the pizza and a one inch margin around the outer perimeter.
Spread a generous layer of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the sauce surface in an even
    manner.
  • On the top of the cheese, add onion, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, black olives, mushrooms, and
    spinach, in this order.
  • Add a small amount of olive oil to the toppings without cheese and sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano,
    and basil.
  • Then place it in the oven and cook the pizza for about 12 – 15 minutes until its crust has turned brown
and melted cheese is bubbling on top of it.
  • In addition to that, you may garnish the dish with some bits of dried crushed red pepper for extra heat.
Remove from the oven and wait a couple of minutes before slicing the pizza.
